Refund & Return Policy

At Redrum Printing Co., every order is made, packed, and shipped by hand from my home workshop in Calgary, Alberta. I genuinely want you to love what you receive, and if something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, I’m always happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not entered production or been shipped.

Once your order has been made or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once I’ve reviewed your claim, I’ll work with you to make things right. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A full or partial refund
  • Another mutually agreed solution

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out. I’ll investigate the shipment and work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A refund
  • Another reasonable resolution

If you need a replacement urgently, expedited shipping may be available at the customer’s expense.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact me before leaving a review or opening a chargeback. I’m a real person running a small business, and I’ll always do my best to find a fair solution.

While every situation is different, all claims are reviewed individually. I reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be reasonably verified or that appear inconsistent with the circumstances of the order.
